Jasmina Rae's Gentle Belly Dance Workout is an excellent class for those who want to learn the fundamentals of belly dancing.  She is a GREAT instructor. 

Jasmina creates a pressure free, relaxed, "can do" environment, repeating basic moves and providing alternative moves that students can use in dance routines. 

Her approach has enabled me, a person without prior dance training, to anticipate and enjoy the class.  She posts videos of some dance routines taught in class on YouTube, a useful addition to the class!

In just under a year, I fell grossly out of rhythm with myself regarding physical exercise, movement, and emotional wellness. I have never been much of a gym rat, but I knew I desperately needed some form of exercise to help.  Jasmina Rae's Belly Dance Class has been the jolt I needed to get back on track.

Being the first dance class I had ever taken, I was shocked at how just one session shook me out of my mundane energy while revitalizing something in my sense of sensuality that had gone stale. I have found dance to be an incredible modality to release trauma and tension within the body, consequently boosting my emotional well-being.  

Jasmina Rae truly understands the art of belly dance, teaching women more than just dance technique, but how to rejuvenate that feminine energy within ourselves, leaving you a better dancer and happier overall.  Now that I have started, I plan to continue belly dancing for a long time to preserve this feeling.
