who wants to experience the beauty and health benefits of belly dance and wants to feel more lively, bold and full of spirit. 

She specifically wants to inspire Seniors to feel joyful and comfortable in their bodies, especially in an era of ageism.

CLASS TIME & LOCATION

In Person Classes

No dance background is necessary. Classes are not fast paced. Wear regular exercise clothing that stretches and bring a belly dance hip scarf (optional) to wear around your waist. Most important, bring water to hydrate.
